Weekly Technical Status Report Description
This report provides a quick view of the price history and recent price action of the stocks that comprise the S&P100. Instead of laboriously scanning 100 charts, subscribers can easily see which stocks are trending, are oversold or overbought, and have positive or negative momentum.

This report is updated over the weekend. It is available to all subscribers, including subscribers to our Free Newsletter.

For each stock, this report also provides two overall technical "scores", reported on a 1 (bearish) to 5 (bullish) scale. The first score is based on the traditional interpretation of the indicators. The second score is based on a technique that we developed, which statistically summarizes the predictive information contained within these indicators (note: Our Trading Systems are based on other related methods, not the scores presented in this report).

A particularly interesting feature of this report is the performance summary, which shows how the two scoring systems performed in predicting price changes in the subsequent 20 days. Check in weekly to see how well the predictions performed.

The report lists 50 day and 200 day price moving averages, the 14 day Relative Strength Index (RSI), and the Moving Average Convergence Divergence Indicator (MACD) using its standard parameters (26/12), as well as the commonly used MACD signal line (9 day exponential moving average).
